The Courage to Question a Deeply Held Belief
Hold a limiting belief loosely enough to finally let it move.
The belief you've carried so long you never thought to question it, the one that quietly shapes what you spend or what you settle for, the one that feels like fact until you actually look at it.
This session walks you through the memory of a prank letter promising money that was never real, and the childhood certainty of Santa Claus, to show how convincing a belief can feel even when it isn't true. From there you're invited to picture that belief as a leaf on a tree, held by the branch but free to sway, not fixed in place, not something you have to grip tightly. It draws on a simple question, what would you need to believe to live the life you actually want, and lets that sit alongside whatever you already hold as true.
It runs about 22 minutes, and it tends to leave a small gap where the old certainty used to sit, room enough to choose something more useful instead.
