The Control Room of The Mind for Confidence and Credibility
Walk into any room and speak like you belong there.
Before a talk you hedge what you know, or you soften your own expertise so it sounds less bold than it is. That flatness before you are meant to sound sure of yourself is what this session works with.
Inside an old building in a forest, you find a control room with a screen and a bank of dials, like the cockpit of a plane. Sitting in the captain's chair, you watch a memory of yourself at your most knowledgeable and step inside that feeling until it settles in your body. You do the same with a memory of teaching from real understanding, then with a memory of genuine confidence. A dial for your heart rate lets you set the pace before you walk into the room that matters.
It runs about 24 minutes, and the version of you that leaves the forest tends to be the one that turns up to the next thing that used to worry you.
A real recorded hypnotherapy session, not a scripted meditation track. This download contains the hypnosis session only (no intro, outro, or spoken explanation).
