Hypnosis to Handle Stress and Anxiety - Boat on the Water
Riding out a wave of stress without being knocked flat by it is what this session works towards.
You know the sensation of one more thing landing on top of everything else, of feeling tipped out of your own boat by a bigger wave than you expected, and the effort it takes to climb back in and carry on.
You're guided to a private beach, then out onto still water in a small wooden boat that simply rises and falls with each wave. The image is there to make a simple point felt in the body, rather than argued with the mind: emotions arrive, rock things briefly, and then pass, and every time you've climbed back into that boat before is proof you can do it again.
Fifteen minutes, and the sense of having the resources to cope tends to stay with you long after you've stepped off the sand.
A real recorded hypnotherapy session, not a scripted meditation track. This download contains the hypnosis session only (no intro, outro, or spoken explanation).
