Hypnosis to Be Confident and Strong - Future Pacing for Fear of Birds
You can feel calm and unbothered at a train station or during a beach picnic, no matter what lands nearby.
That flinch when a pigeon gets too close, the urge to move seats or cross the platform, is something you know well. It has felt automatic for a long time, like a reflex you cannot switch off.
This session works with a memory of a time you felt strong and calm, then guides you to step into that version of yourself using a simple physical cue, flexing one arm on the word strong. From there it introduces a gentle reframe: pigeons become animals dressed up in costume, convincing but not quite real, which turns tension into something closer to amusement. You walk through the station, then the picnic, then a restaurant terrace, each time building fresh evidence that you can cope.
It runs about sixteen minutes, and the shift tends to stay with you longer than the pigeons ever did.
A real recorded hypnotherapy session, not a scripted meditation track. This download contains the hypnosis session only (no intro, outro, or spoken explanation).
