Hypnosis for Intrusive or Negative Thoughts
You can learn to watch a difficult thought pass rather than get swept up in it.
Maybe it's the same worry that keeps circling back, or an old memory that surfaces uninvited and drags your mood down with it. You've tried reasoning with it before, and it never quite listens.
This session takes you beside a slow moving stream in a quiet valley, where a large tree drops leaves onto the water one at a time. You're guided to place a thought on each leaf as it falls, something that unsettles you, and simply watch it rest on the surface before the current carries it out of sight. The stream keeps flowing whether there's a leaf on it or not, which is the point: you don't have to control the thought, only notice it passing.
It runs about 13 minutes, and it's the kind of thing worth returning to whenever your mind won't leave something alone.
A real recorded hypnotherapy session, not a scripted meditation track. This download contains the hypnosis session only (no intro, outro, or spoken explanation).
