Hypnosis for Anxiety and Negative Beliefs from Childhood Trauma
Feel safe because you are strong, not because you are hiding.
There is a familiar pull to retreat when things feel too much, raising the drawbridge and controlling whatever you still can, even when it means being completely alone.
The session walks you through turning that old, familiar fortress into a palace of possibility, changing its grey walls to colour and filling it with music and the smell of good food. Inside, an old belief sitting on a wobbly table gets kicked away, leg by leg, and replaced with a new one built from memories of when you were kind and when you were strong. From there, safety stops being about isolation and becomes about who you already are, with your character as the foundation and the people around you as allies rather than threats.
It runs about 24 minutes, and many people find themselves returning to the palace they built long after it ends.
Before you listen
Uses castle/palace metaphor imagery for confidence and body-image issues, briefly alluding to childhood-instilled false beliefs and past isolation without specifying any event or relationship.
A real recorded hypnotherapy session, not a scripted meditation track. This download contains the hypnosis session only (no intro, outro, or spoken explanation).
