Confidence Hypnosis for Children: Connie the Olympic Gymnastics Leopard
Your child drifts off to sleep and wakes up believing they can do hard things.
This is for the one who lies there replaying the wobble on the beam and the moment it went wrong, long after the lights are out.
The session follows Connie, a shy leopard who dreams of winning the Leopard Olympics but keeps picturing herself falling between the trees. Connie learns to shrink that picture down to a tiny dot, far away, and plays the routine again in her mind until she lands it perfectly. The worried words become a steadier line, said until it settles: I can be as good as any other leopard. Your child becomes Connie too, practising the win in their imagination before they ever step on the mat.
It runs about twelve minutes, timed to end in sleep or in waking up ready, and most children ask for Connie again on the nights before something matters.
